I visited all the Big Boy restaurants inside the Michigan Thumb region! I really enjoyed visiting the Lake Orion location! When I entered I was greeted by the GM Herman! We had such great conversations! He makes the best strawberry milkshakes on the planet! Thank you so much Mr. Herman! I look forward to seeing you again soon!

Timon, the employee, was amazing. He was serving the entire place by himself. He was polite, kind and a great server. If the owner/management is reading this, Timon needs a raise or a promotion. He remained calm, cool and collected when he had an entire restaurant to serve on his own. Employees like him are invaluable.

I haven't been here in years, came here with my parents on Valentines. The manager is very kind and helps out everywhere. He introduced himself to us as was very kind. I like going places where hospitality is noticeable. Ill be back :)
