Michigan-Lake Orion -Lapeer rd. Love the subs but this one is poorly manged. Got home & sub was missing the bacon. Normally I just go without but this time I went back. Instead of Mgr. (who was put on speaker phone from employee)apologizing and ask how to rectify, she proceeded to rudly yell out all the problems she's having, never said sorry -I walked away from her yelling. I told the employees not to worry everyone makes mistakes. Wow, some individuals should not own a franchise.
