ordered a chicken strip meal waited for 15 minutes in the lobby for my meal drive 25 minutes home and there are no french fries with my chicken strips call them up to complain the lady on the phone said she would write my name and order down and they would replace it went back up there four days later and they proceeded to argue with me saying that it must have been more than 30 days ago and tried to not redo my order terrible customer service terrible employees joke of a store
Chicken was good,but too expensive. We had a gift card that
they could not get to work we had to come up with more money. They shorted us a 12 piece bucket Had to drive all the way back to pick it up. It was $75 and not worth the hassle. Too upset to enjoy
ordered our meals only to find out there are no chicken thighs. they substituted. but then got my order of original to extra crispy. no butter for the biscuits. I ordered fries ..there were bits and pieces of over cooked dried pieces of fries.
right after our order the kitchen help ran outside to catch a customer that had been given the wrong bagged order They traded the bags for the correct order.
