I drove out to get a sub from Jimmy John's. Their posted hours says open until 8:00, but they were closed before 7:30 due to a little snow....in Michigan! I went to Subway and will do so from now on.
Ordered 2 because it’s the only gluten free vegan thing and this is how they came 🤬🤬 how am I suppose to eat these.
They are clearly understaffed right now as I’ve been waiting on food for over an hour. Spoke with an associate who offered to remake food for delivery which I appreciated, but I could also tell they were slammed. I felt for the employee so said just send the food.
Understaffing is certainly an issue in this industry and many others, but solutions need to be found for the interim. Business models adapted, etc. I know that’s a corporate thing, but freaky fast is a bad...read full review
