Store says they never called.Highly recommend going somewhere where they are competent.

Ordered at the drive thru and found a fruit fly in my wrap two bites in. Went back for a refund, employees gave no apology nor concern. Gave me me refund in cash, and asked if I wanted a remake. LOL. Why would I logically want food after you showed me how nasty your store is? Not going to Tropical Smoothie from now on, ew.

I usually get tropical smoothie here once a week or so, and they usually are okay. Sometimes my food is soggy but it’s still good. But today I found a long blonde piece of hair in my food and I’m quite disgusted.

I stop up here for lunch semi often. Decent food and smoothies. But they are always very slow with service. Would not recommend if you are in any kind of hurry

The staff was fantastic and the smoothies were delicious. The store was clean and well kept with informative, bright and pleasant signage.

Had a lovely experience. Staff was quick, friendly, and helpful. Love that the nutrition info is given as well. I've enjoyed most things on the menu there.
