I'm obsessed with the island green smoothie! I've also tried several other smoothies and meals there that I've loved too. but they really need to offer it in a smaller size! Currently they only offer it in one large size. It's so heavy that the bottom of the Styrofoam cup fell out and spilled my smoothie everywhere! It was a mess!! Only reason I gave it 4 stars ?
I think it's important to tip, and to tip well where service is provided. Even when the service is poor- "servers" deserve respect and to be tipped. .....but I'm honestly a bit confused as to why they are now handing me the entire card reader out of the drive though window at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and then asking me to "select my tip amount". Is the smoothie $8 or is it $10? Are we sanctioning corporate employee begging, or is the smoothie $8 at the point of preparation..........read full review

I had a banana berry smoothie of some kind and a chicken caesar wrap and really enjoyed both. My only real criticism with the food is that there was a bit too much chicken on the wrap and not enough of the lettuce and other toppings. It was like a massive piece of chicken with a little bit of lettuce and other stuff around it to fill it in (like 80%-20% chicken to lettuce/toppings), where as I would prefer it to be the other way around with more lettuce and less chicken.
