Snowflake, open on Wednesdays for breakfast, serves as a convenient spot for dessert and seafood, featuring local fish. The restaurant shares outdoor seating and restroom facilities with Fresh Coast Café. The menu includes a pancake breakfast combo called "Mario" and french toast known as "Skipper." They also serve Cedar Crest hand-dipped ice cream, with a three-scoop cone priced at $5.50, and offer soft serve. The staff is known for being friendly and efficient. During the 4th of July week, Snowflake was a lifesaver for visitors, providing delicious meals for breakfast and dinner when other restaurants were closed. The ice cream and shakes are highly recommended, with a small cone having three scoops and a shake being thick and perfect. Recent diners enjoyed the walleye and whitefish sandwiches, noting the wonderful buns and generous size. The "Blueberry Waffle Cone" ice cream received praise, though some suggested a name change for clarity. Guests also raved about the "Cheeseburger in Paradise," calling it one of the best they have ever had. Parking is available at the gas station next door.
