I'm tired of coming in here for the past almost 2 months to find the lobby at 90 degrees if not hotter. I get off work and like to get food from here and I love to enjoy the air conditioning but there has not been any!!! I feel so bad for the employees but I tell you what they all need a raise to come in here and have to work in these conditions. I will return when the ac is working.

Employees were awsome food was fast and great. Lobby was 110 degrees it felt like I was pouring sweat sitting down waiting for my food can not believe working conditions

For those complaining about slow service get a life. This location has a staff shortage but there is one hero she works hard and keeps this place going seemingly by herself some times. I will continue to patronize this location only i will have a lot more patience next time.

Absolutely not recommend. They have 2 ppl working at 1 pm. Horrible service. Long wait. Never again
This location is notoriously slow. Today I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru, when I finally got my food I got old fries and had two long dark hairs in my chicken sandwich. One was mixed into the lettuce/mayo. The person at the window also had cat(?) hair all over their shirt.

The food is always great. I always get 2 beef n' cheddars without red sauce. This last time, they put red sauce. They even double checked before giving me my food. It's whatever. I don't hate red sauce, I just prefer to use arbys sauce. I will still continue to go to Arby's.
