We Googled Biggby Coffe in the Petoskey area and stopped in to grab coffee and bagels. Super happy with our purchase. Our barista was awesome and kind! Take care, until next time!

Jessie was amazing tonight. While constantly steady business, she maintained a smile the whole time. She didn't stress at all with a line of people while working alone. I would gladly be back, especially if she's working .

Not very friendly, did not even acknowledge I was waiting to order until she completely finished the previous customers order. Just a quick “Hello, I’ll be right with you” would have been great.If there is only going to be one person working they need to be trained to multitask a bit. My drink could have been started instead of standing there watching the bagel go through the toaster.Food handling (not changing gloves) was also a concern. I don’t think I will order food again after seeing it made.You’re forcing me to Starbucks…

The way the employees are dressed (on multiple occasions) is disgusting and inappropriate for a business. They are rude and distracted.
