BIGGBY COFFEE

Update: stopped in again ( Oct. 8, 2025 @ 11:00am) Service was much better and my drink was perfectly made. The Barista was very friendly, a great improvement from my last review.

Not very friendly, did not even acknowledge I was waiting to order until she completely finished the previous customers order. Just a quick “Hello, I’ll be right with you” would have been great.
If there is only going to be one person working they need to be trained to multitask a bit. My drink could have been started instead of standing there watching the bagel go through the toaster.
Food handling (not changing gloves) was also a concern. I don’t think I will order food again after seeing it made.
You’re forcing me to Starbucks…

Just the best coffee there is from a 50 year coffee drinker. I go for the dark with cream and sugar. Never had a bad cup.

My local biggby is pretty slow as well as this one so was not new to me. However when it looks like both people working are training each other that just is not fair to the customer or the employee. Setting them up to fail is not the answer! I hope they can get help and do better on training!

We Googled Biggby Coffe in the Petoskey area and stopped in to grab coffee and bagels. Super happy with our purchase. Our barista was awesome and kind! Take care, until next time!

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for kids to sit and wait patiently.

Stood there waiting to be waited on n the lady was to busy sorting out something to wait on me so I just left.

Jessie was amazing tonight. While constantly steady business, she maintained a smile the whole time. She didn't stress at all with a line of people while working alone. I would gladly be back, especially if she's working .

nice humans but don’t know how to work in customer service. waited for over 20 minutes for a bagel that had no cream cheese.
