I visit Petosky occasionally and enjoy stopping at this coffee shop in the grocery store. The coffee is good (I'm used to Caribou and it's about the same), and they have many treats and specialty drinks. I wasn't in need of a treat, but I noticed they had a couple gluten free pre-wrapped options, which is really great.
We love this coffee shop we come every day!! our barista Sam is amazing!! She’s always on point to getting our coffee. We don’t even have to tell her our order anymore. She remembers exactly what we get every time. we are super excited to see her back to work. The store was not the same while she was gone. She definitely is a backbone to that company!!!
Update: stopped in again ( Oct. 8, 2025 @ 11:00am) Service was much better and my drink was perfectly made. The Barista was very friendly, a great improvement from my last review.
Not very friendly, did not even acknowledge I was waiting to order until she completely finished the previous customers order. Just a quick “Hello, I’ll be right with you” would have been great.
