On a visit to Petoskey, we stayed with the folks at Rubeckia Farm / BMB and enjoyed the night. After getting settled we went up to the brewery, obtained some supplies (salsas, beer, etc) and ate a cheese log, which was OUT OF THIS WORLD awesome. Many thanks to John for the pleasant chat and restful night. There were several others in the field, but it was quiet. The farm has multiple paths, which encircle it. I highly recommend walking these in the evening.
Great drinks and snacking options. It’s not the prettiest or most sophisticated winery, but great drinks and amazing goat cheese plate. A lot of space to play games and bring kids. They have a pig named posey.
I couldn’t recommend burnt marshmallow enough!! We had 130 people for a welcome party in mid October and it was amazing! So reasonably priced and from start to finish Vicky and John were so easy to work with. We brought in a tent with heaters and a food truck and burnt marshmallow had wonderful drinks both hot and cold that were a hit!! Also they made s’more packets for everyone! Highly highly recommend!!
