Early in the summer season here in late April, but the food and the atmosphere are stellar as always. Nice to dine off-season when it's a little quieter and inside when it's still a chilly forty degrees outside!

I chose this restaurant because I had been there a few years ago and I loved it it was my birthday my boyfriend took me there on Friday night and we were so disappointed that the price was so escalated and the portion was fine on the meat but there was nothing else to go with it no potato no vegetables it just was nothing so I give it a very poor rating not to mention that the waitress didn't just bump into my boyfriend and hit him hard with her rear end but then the second thing she bumped into our table so hard that it turned sideways so I was very disappointed Joe Biden is not a very impressive character

One of our favorite spots in Petoskey. We stopped in for a late lunch. Service was great at the bar. The grilled cheese and tomato soup hit the spot. My wife had the fried rice-very good! We split a spiced cake dessert. Chandler’s is perfect for a couple or small group. I wouldn’t recommend bringing a big party, the restaurant is pretty quaint.

We just went into Chandlers and there were two people leaving the bar. As we walked towards the two seats, the bartender slapped down a little gold “reserved” sign for one of them….saying “ there is someone coming back”. What? We just watched two people vacate these seats. He must have thought we were stupid. We’ve been coming here for many years….planned on a drink all week here. So I guess, whatever. We took our money and business right down the road. Not in a hurry to return. Also, the bartender seemed super happy with himself….probably saving the seats for a friend. So. Bye.
