Appearently there is a cult following to this place but meh, I don’t get it. The person taking the order seemed annoyed. There’s so very little parking for how popular they are, they up charge your already expensive sandwich for toasting it…. It was a good sandwich but not for the hassle or vibe.

I traveled an hour to enjoy my favorite sandwich for my birthday...came in shortly after 3pm and the guy behind the counter said I hope you want a cold sandwich because I just turned the grill off 10 minutes ago...as much as I like your sandwiches I was really upset that you turned me away on the sandwich I wanted...if your gonna be open till 4pm ..be ALL the way open!!! Just because you have some of the best sandwiches in town doesn't mean you can choose how to treat your customers...I may never be back because of my experience today!!!

The sandwiches are amazing and huge!! But look, if you’ve never been there before, just know: they do things the way they do things and if you want to eat there, you go with it! The menu is enormous, and almost everything I’ve had there was delicious, but there’s NO substitutions. They will let you know when they want to take your order 🤷🏼♂️ Don’t push it! Be ready! If they’ve been open for any time at all they’re probably out of something. Have a backup order ready! Listen for them to call you! Be quick about it! The atmosphere reminds me of a golf club restaurant. The sandwiches are worth it! Trust!

Love the sandwiches and the soups always hit the spot. It gets very busy around lunch time and can be crowded for dine in seating. We love the pesto turkey and the variety of sandwiches offered. Always the best desserts Bread pudding and tiramisu is 😁

The food is outstanding but the older lady taking your money needs to improve her social skills we ate there today she called up to counter to get my order. Read it off I confirmed it we only ordered fountain water she liked over at table and said I see a bottle of tea on table. It wasn't my order and I felt like she was accusing me of theft. When we visited this placed several years ago she was just as grumpy.

Absolutely amazing everything!!! We don't get to get there much but when we do, it's such a treat!!! The chocolate eclairs are to die for!! Pumpkin soup was delicious! Tortellini salad there are no words for... it's out of this world!!

Great food. The only reason I go back. Service is horrible. No one there seems to like their job. I ordered something and was told they were out of it and that I should have read the sign when I walked in. People that work there make me feel like I’m an idiot
