We found Elder Piper when we were driving through the neighborhood outside of downtown Petoskey. They have a nice variety of beer and cider on the menu. I enjoyed the Honey Lager and the Prairie Willow. There is a Stiggs food truck on the patio. We had some wings. The food was just OK. The Stiggs restaurant in Boyne is much better. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the fire pit. Great spot. We will be back.
Great cider and relaxing outdoor seating! Can’t wait to visit again……. Stopped by again before the end of our trip. By far my favorite spot of all the cider place we visited!!!
Delicious cider and beer, authentic people, unpretentious yet cool space. The owners care about what they do and make, and you can tell in every sip. They love Northern Michigan and it shows!
