Pizza is not classic wood fired pizza. Dough is obviously not “00”. No structure on the crust. They probably use bread flour. The sauce was lacking. Overall very overpriced for what you get. Absolutely would not recommend.

Best part is the bar and vibe. The pizza is not great. The dough tasted like it wasn’t cooked even though it had a perfect char. Maybe we just had a bad dough moment

We got 2 personal pizzas. A supreme and the ranch one. There was 1 order ahead of us. It took over 30 minto get the order. It was basically a Jacks frozen pizza from the store. Not much flavor or substance. Over $30 for two $5 pizzas. Welcome to Petoskey and tourist season! The staff was nice, but lesson learned.

My wife and I travel all over the country in our motorhome and no matter where we are we’re always looking for good pizza. This thin crust pizza is excellent! We will be in Petoskey all summer and we will definitely be back. As a bonus, it’s located in a very cool location with other food trucks that we also plan on trying.
