I’ve ordered pizza here twice in 4 months. Each time has been a disaster.
First time I was given a raw pizza.
Second time I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and they delivered a cheese pizza.
Why would I order a cheese pizza? What am I a 3rd grader? I clicked on the pepperoni icon on the website. Maybe there was a glitch? Horror movie voice dude would not make it right or even try to.
If it wasn’t 18 degrees I would have dropped it on their door step.

Trying to place an order is worse than pulling teeth. I wanted to order about an hour ago, made the phone call, got a machine. I told the machine I needed to ask a question before placing my order and it may have shorted out.
To the point, I love the Jet10, but you’ve lost me as a customer.
See the coupon (on my Facebook post) I received in the mail for the Super Special . I tried to order online and the order would NOT accept the code. I called them and informed them about this and they told me that it had to be ordered online to get the price. I said it won't work and the guy said to me, "Well, you don't have to order then". What a crappy response. NOT customer friendly. I then called back and talked to the manager. He basically said the same thing.
