Came into harbor springs for the weekend on Friday evening called this location for delivery an hour and half later get a call from the delivery guy they want me to meet him at a motel to pick up my food then I get I call from manager that they are able to deliver your food what a joke this place is stay away

If you want to wait one hour and thirty minutes and hear random excuses while they charge a delivery fee and tip fee etc this your place. When you have to call to even find out if the pizza will be delivered and some arrogant young guy insults you with “you want it or not” then you know they are out of control and don’t respect customers or the privilege of your order.

They quoted me 200 dollars for a large pizza order. When I got it the total was north of 300 as they had substituted premium pizzas in place of the cheaper ones they had quoted me. They said they had decided these would be a better fit for us despite it not being what was ordered.
Amazing, highly recommended, the prices are decent for this troubling economy we are having.

Ordered a pizza for pick up and when I got there they confirmed my order by name, even told me to grab the drink out of the cooler - everything sounded correct. Only after I got home I realized they gave me someone else’s pizza. I called them to let them know and the person said “Did you touch anything on the pizza?” No. “Can you bring it back? We’ll just swap them out.” Uhhh, yeah I guess. Luckily my order was still there waiting for me and not in someone else’s home. I wonder if they even bothered to tell the other person his pizza went for a little car ride before he picked it up. Zero apology, zero customer service from the staff in Petoskey. To be expected, I guess. Check your contents before leaving the store.
