We had a great lunch here today, but was surprised to see a customer vaping at the bar. The whole restaurant smelled like it. On top of that, he appeared to be dozing off a few times.
Camping in area, and after many adventures on the day, all of a sudden its10:00 and we need to eat. Drove downtown just looking for cars to indicate something was open. What a find. Very busy and there was a reason. Great atmosphere, people and service. Ordered minutes before the kitchen shut down but burgers (Pub and B&B) were excellent.
First time visiting Petoskey. Mitchel St Pub was a great choice for dinner. The atmosphere is great...so much to take in and look at. Next...throw your peanut shells on the floor. How much fun is that! Wife had a salad which she loved but had to take home to finish. I went out on a limb to try something different and had the grilled cheese. Loved it! We also had the onion rings and loved them too! They are made fresh daily. Not a frozen onion ring fried in days old oil...
