We ordered 4 sandwiches and a salad and of the 4 sandwiches only one was correctly made. The wrong types of bread were used as well as deli meat. In addition we ordered 5 bags of chips and only received 4. Lastly, the salad we ordered we were told they were out of after we ordered and paid and as we were picking up our order. They offered to give us a refund for the salad and we agreed. However, they only refunded us $9 for a $13 salad.We recognize they were busy but that is quite a few errors in one order.

on a vacation with my girlfriend, and i walked in just wanting to get a couple drinks for the road but it just smelled amazing once her and i walked in. so instinctively i wanted food haha. while on vacation i love getting/asking the employees what their favorite food ishe was super quick to respond and it was a #3 grilled.i looked at the menu and it had brie cheese and apples, and cherry marmalade and ham like definitely nothing i would order on the regular but once we got to our car phew was i wrong the sandwich was exactly what i needed and even my extremely picky girlfriend loved the sandwich it was delicious!! We will definitely be coming back if we stop in Petoskey again!!!

We stopped for lunch the third week of August 2022. We have had sandwiches there many in the past. They have always been a large sandwich at a good value for the cost. This last visit we ordered a shrimp poboy sandwich that coat $13. Very disappointed in the tiny sandwich for the cost. I realize that food prices have increased but at least I want to feel that I got some value for the cost and did not go away hungry.
Excellent customer service! They are one of the few businesses in the area that continues to do contactless ordering, which I greatly appreciate!Their menu is great! There is something on there for everyone. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the downtown area!

Very disappointed, I ordered a build your own sandwich with no meat but two cheeses.I was upcharged .45 for no meat ! When I questioned it I was told "its so we can give you extra vegetables on sandwhich" Well that was not the case, very skimpy on vegetables and two slices of cheese ?

I typically have pretty great sandwiches here, they don’t skimp on the meat or the sauce! I like their options of beverages too.

Ordered a curry chicken salad wrap that had more wrap than chicken salad and a Turkey that was supposed to have Brie cheese and apple. There were 2 half dollar sized pieces of apple and two tiny pieces of Brie cheese. Very lame. And not cheap.

Good sandwiches… but very slow service! Don’t be in a hurry to eat.I understand everyone in the area is under staffed, and we came here on the 4th of July weekend. But with that said they should have planned for steady orders this weekend. We weren’t told the wait was going to be 30+ minutes for two sandwiches until after we paid. Communication and set expectations for customers up front if wait times are going to be long.
