The food did take a while, but one employee named Scott really stood out. While we were waiting, he went around to each table and ensured everyone’s food tasted good and asked if they needed anything. He checked for our names to make sure our orders would come out as soon as possible. Food was good, Scott was greater.
It was really busy inside and Scott went out of his way to continuously check in on our table. 11/10 customer service. He was one of the kindest employees at any restaurant or fast food place I’ve ever eaten. Me and my friends were honestly blown away by him. Thanks Scott!
Had an issue with ordering in app, really wanted a specific deal. Called the shop, explained the situation, and they listened, acted and got it sorted all with grace and kindness. Ended up getting exactly what we wanted without just leaving. Shelby is amazing, as well as all of the team.
