We've been coming to the region for our annual ski week for years and never knew this place was open in the winter ! What a wonderful discovery! Every staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming! Our dinners were fantastic! Delicious and beautiful presentation, generous portions! Every course from appetizer to dessert was excellent. The 1911 restaurant is a local gem. I was greeted with kindness and warmth from all staff. Our server, Michael, was very attentive, informative on the dishes, and made our experience flawless. The restaurant is welcoming, cozy, and a quiet space to enjoy a delicious meal. I highly recommend the Butternut Squash Bisque and the Coq Au Vin Rouge. Don't skip out on dessert! The Maple Crème Brûlée and the Chocolate Soufflé melt in your mouth. I will be back soon for another...
