“I had to have major oral surgery and I can't eat normal for awhile, and the only thing I could think of that sounded good was the pea soup from here. I messaged (didn't think it would be possible, cuz what restaurant does a special order for soup in the middle of summer?) and she made me 2 quarts!!! “We brought in a party of eight without warning, including three children. When I tell you that Ashley took the BEST care of us, I mean she was a knock-out awesome server! She was so quick and anticipated everything with a smile and cheerful enthusiasm. We also appreciate the manager checking in with us. “We recently had a delicious brunch in one of the igloos and the atmosphere was relaxing. Our server, Jenna is knowledgeable of the menu and is a very upbeat pleasant sever. Which is hard to find nowadays. We will definitely will be going back to try their evening menu.”

“I found BC Pizza while looking for a place to eat near my friend’s job so that I could meet her for lunch. This has kind of become a new little spot for us! We have only been here a few times but the people are always nice and the food that we have gotten is great! We have ordered 10” cheese and pepperoni pizzas and pepperoni stuffed bread sticks with the red sauce. Both have been consistently good. I will have to bring more people here!”

“Truly the best ice cream I have ever had! I live in Wisconsin now and my family was able to pack it in dry ice and haul it all the way here for me! They do not have ice cream like this anywhere else. Highly recommend. Cotton candy is the best flavor but they’re all good! 👍🏼”

She was also wonderful with accommodating both a tree nut and a red dye allergy— for a cake with pink bows. The strawberry filling was real strawberries. Easy to work with too! Bravo!”

“The breakfast food was ok but they were out of 2/3 of the menu. They didn’t warm our cinnamon bread even when we asked.

“I've been to this location twice and each time I went in to order. The 1st time the cashier was so sweet and helpful and suggested modifications to my order and let me know about the Friday deal they offer. The 2nd time they cashier was not very friendly and she acted like doing her job was inconvenient for her. I would enjoy to return when the 1st lady is there.”

“My mom was hungry just got home from work and was waiting on a fridge delivery (time frame was 3-6pm) so she obviously couldn’t leave. So her and my younger sister ordered Uber eats, unfortunately they couldn’t get a driver in the area so the order time kept getting pushed back, eventually the fridge was delivered and still no food. So we called Arby’s (Plainwell, Mi location) and and told asked if we could just pick up our order ourselves, when we got there the store manager was awaiting our arrival with all our warm food and even paid for our order due to the 2 hour inconvenience. Almost had all three of us in tears. Very genuine, kind, patient & understanding!! Will definitely continue to have our service!! Thanks again so much!! All three of us agree the store manager is amazing!!”
