Never a bad time at the Applebees here in Plainwell. Service is timely and always nice, I feel like I never have any trouble here. It’s a comfortable place to eat and meet up with friends. Shout out to Sofie as our server tonight. I genuinely enjoy coming here to dine.

I was surprised that my dinner request Chicken Alfredo with broccoli was absent of broccoli 🥦. Yep, out of broccoli. No substitute offered to enhance the meal. Disappointed in the lack of accomodation substitute for this dish.
However, price accommodations were made for a couple sitting next to us when there meal was overlooked in the kitchen. Reduced by 50%.
