The music was extremely loud. It was freezing as always. The womens toilet had not been cleaned in at least a week.
Ordered 2 sandwiches online at 11:43, delivery didn’t arrive until 12:58 and one of the sandwiches wasn’t right
Keiran is the man - I came in really close to closing time; he was beyond kind & accommodating. Thanks for the sammich & being a super rad dude.

Jimmy John's in plainwell offers a mixed experience. While the staff is friendly and helpful, the accuracy of orders can be hit or miss. Customers have noted issues with drink quality and missing items in orders. Despite this, the welcoming atmosphere and helpful recommendations make for a pleasant visit on a tough day.
