I literally come to this restaurant weekly. Everyone is kind to me and I'm always kind to them. Today however the GM caught attitude because I told them my stuff was wrong. I was nice about it too.. He wanted to argue with me that I got what I asked for. I was talking to a another employee and he just had to come over being a jerk. My mom was hungry just got home from work and was waiting on a fridge delivery (time frame was 3-6pm) so she obviously couldn’t leave. So her and my younger sister ordered Uber eats, unfortunately they couldn’t get a driver in the area so the order time kept getting pushed back, eventually the fridge was delivered and still no food. Used to really like Arby’s but last few times the food and service is terrible. Doesn’t have good flavor, most times the order is wrong and half the portion that used to get
