This was the first time I've been to this particular McDonald's. Their kiosk was malfunction and I had never used one before. A girl came to the front after me standing there for 10 min and said my order wasn't being made yet because I didn't pay yet and I should have yelled for her. The 2 people who helped us I wish I would of gotten thier names but they were fantastic! They worked hard to get our order quick after a system update and were very apologetic. They got my mom a coffee when she asked for one while we waited to order. They were super polite and professional. Thank you!

It's not that hat hard to wear a smile and communicate with customers. But clearly Kirsten didn't get the memo. I've seen this person walk away from completing a task three times, she just pawns it off on someone else. If you aren't happy with working at McDonald's after ten years. Maybe you should find something else instead of letting it effect customers experience.
