The customer service is always lovely and the bagels are DELICIOUS, even plain and untoasted, they're amazing. I can eat an entire bagel without a drink on my commute. That's a big deal. “The Northville location needs to call out the names on the orders when they are completed. They have a bad habit of giving out the orders to the wrong people. One time I was getting my food and they handed off the a guy with his hand in the bag. I told the clerk to re-make the order. Then on another occasion, they didn’t call out our name for the order and mixed it up with another. Again, I asked them to remake the order!“
