“We hired Jeff Zak to caterer the sides for my parents surprise 50th anniversary party and they did a great job!!!! The women who came to the venue were wonderful and I received several comments from our guests about the food. I would highly recommend Jeff Zak Catereing!“

“Unfortunately Covid-19 has kept a lot of us out of restaurants this past year. We dined here prior to the Covid outbreak around January, 2020. This, their 2nd location sits next to an active freight railroad. The owners were nice enough to leave the place from the past owners (Station 885) in a railroad motif with good views of passing trains. But really, you came here for the food and you won't be disappointed. Their menu has some of the original entrees, but their chef is trying out new ones. You can get carry out here as well. I will write a more updated review soon, possibly using their carryout format until Covid is gone.“

“My high school planned a catered 50th reunion picnic on Labor Day Weekend. Unfortunately, our caterer fell through 3 weeks prior to the event. Luckily, Thomas's Catering stepped in and saved the day! Melissa was very professional, and we worked out the event details. I was more than satisfied with the event results! Your employees Kariyma (cook) and Ava (server) were highly efficient and professional. Both the food and service was incredible! I can't thank you enough!!!“

“John and his team were incredible both with communication and advice before our wedding on 11/26 and with everything on the day of the wedding -- set-up, tear-down, ensuring that my husband and I were able to enjoy all of the food, and checking in on everyone to ensure that folks were enjoying everything.

All of the food was easy for large events and broad taste palettes, but our guests also reflected that it was different and unique enough to make it stand out from other events that they had attended.

“Absolutely amazing! Our daughter had a destination wedding and then an at home reception when we returned. We had Hogz Backyard BBQ's food truck for 175 guests. I can't even remember how many people complimented the food. It was probably the best brisket that I have ever had. And the sides were amazing as well. They were able to serve all 175 guests in no time as well. The DJ was releasing tables to get in line for food and he couldn't even keep up with their fast and efficient service. It was actually a little comical. And super friendly as well. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!“

“Vessels catering was awesome! Food was delivered on time, set up neatly and it was delicious. Ashley was very kind and precise about helping remove plates and keeping everything stocked. Our communication throughout the whole process was impeccable. They were super helpful with any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again. Definitely 5 stars!“

“11/11/2025 We had a small special dinner party planned out with Mike Eckles of Abode. We had to work around our guests’ likes and dislikes. He could not have been more helpful in planning the menu. Chef Aletha made the evening wonderful. They bring everything and leave the house in great condition. Nothing but praise for the delicious food (fish based, but not salmon), the presentation and her flexibility to make it a perfect evening. Her presence added to a wonderful dinner.“
