So we order from here a lot because our child loves the hook and ladder. But, the other day when we ordered our usual (we always get this chicken parm meatball sub every time since it came out) it looked like this and it smelled burnt and it was horrible. We are usually able to put them in the fridge overnight and eat them the next day but this time it was so hard you could hurt someone with it no joke.I'm very disappointed and I don't understand how whoever made it didn't see...read full review
Although I enjoy the Hook and Ladder, I will be going back to another location. One employee who was wiping down tables, went directly to handling food. Nose and mouth piercings a big turn off. Who knows what he was handling, should have changed his gloves

Staff were very friendly. Food quality was subpar. I did notice that they surface clean. But they are in need of a deep clean. Nooks and crannies, corners on the floors, sticky floors, look up and dust.
