We stopped in and had one appetizer and something to drink and sat on the outdoor patio. We had a dog with us so could not go inside. Love the atmosphere though and everybody, including customers, were very friendly!
The Tavern was just the right place for me to take a break from bugs during a camping visit to the island! While I was walking to beer, fries, and air conditioning, the parking lot and boat dock make a return trip compelling
Fantastic experience every time! Food is delicious, service is top notch, staff is friendly, and atmosphere is great. Play a game of shuffleboard or pool with your friends and family or even a few locals. You can also watch the freighters pass by on Lake Huron from the flower lined front deck and take a walk down their dock just a short walk across the road.
