“I'm from upstate NY and was in the area for work training, looking for a good lunch spot. Within 2 steps in the front door, I knew I was in the right place. It was very clear that this is where the neighborhood locals eat. My coworker and I were quickly greeted by one of their great employees and our order was taken at lightning ⚡ speed. I've been here now on 4 different occasions with months in between and every time, I swear it's the best damn bacon cheeseburger I've ever had every single time. Not to mention the addictive and delicious mountain of fries served with it. I wouldn't change a thing about this place, and I make sure to stop if I'm ever in the area!
Sidenote - I won't even tell anybody at my training the name of it or where it is because I don't want my favorite lunch spot to get too blown up. IYKYK??”

Taste, quality, both were a light in the dark places of bad take out pizza ... I have been ordering the 2 x large special for $31.79 out the door.”

Also we do notice that when we order with him it always a bit more $$ than usual. Not sure why but we trying going when we see that one of the girls are there. Their portions are quite generous, and you have several options for sauces and toppings. I order the Beef Shawarma, and at $8, I get two delicious meals for the price of one! (Admittedly, as a Senior, I have a small appetite.) Staff is always friendly, and they even put my "sauce on the side", so it still tastes fresh for my leftovers. I've frequently seen work crews there ordering Shawarma's multiple chicken wing deals. Give them a try!”

It was excellent! They use delicious, high quality BBQ sauce and superior quality toppings.
The crust had an excellent crust too (we choose plain but they have some flavored crust options too.). Great bacon!!

The bartender Mary is just wonderful and makes one hell of a juicy hamburger. We got to meet the owner who is very friendly along with the rest of the patrons. Drinks are good and only $3 for wells.”

The only thing off was the ketchup. It was not Heinz that's for sure but it was OK. I can always bring in packets of Heinz ketchup next time...no biggie. Service was top notch and the diner was very clean. Highly recommended.”

For the people who don't understand- ordering a water and not paying for it doesn't make you a customer-It's not illegal to kick out somebody who is loitering.

This bar lets in plenty of people who need to warm up or use the bathroom. They're real easy to deal with as long as everybody is respectful of one another.

Ordering a water and taking up a seat in a bar that only makes money off of selling drinks and then wondering why you got asked to leave isnt ridiculous But maybe it's why you don't own a business yourself. 🧘‍♀️

My husband is from Louisiana and so I ordered both the cod and the catfish. Both delicious and my husband said it was the best he had tasted in a long time. Macaroni and cheese and the coleslaw were a nice addition to our Sunday dinner. We were wished a pleasant day and they said "see you next time" .... there will definitely be a next time.”

“Went thru late night for a post bar taco bell run. I pre-ordered in the app. There was a bit of a wait when I got there. And it seemed like they were understaffed. People were being directed to pull over after ordering to wait for their orders to be brought out to them.

Despite being understaffed, the staff was very friendly. I saw a couple of people get out of their cars and go inside after waiting for their food for awhile.... these staff were doing their best, had a great friendly attitude, my food came out correctly and very well presented, not just thrown together, which was awesome.

People need to be more patient. Having to wait a few minutes isn't going to kill you. personally, I'd rather wait a few minutes and receive a correct order, well put together.
