“I don’t usually leave long reviews, but Crumbl honestly deserves one. I stopped in pretty randomly, just planning to grab a couple cookies… and ended up walking out with a whole box because everything looked way too good to pass up.

First impressions: the store was spotless. You can actually see the team mixing dough, scooping, and baking everything right there. It feels more like a bakery than a chain. The staff greeted me right away, didn’t rush me, and even gave me honest opinions on which cookies were actually their favorites instead of just upselling. That alone made the experience feel more genuine.

Now the cookies—unreal. I don’t know what kind of magic they use, but these things are huge, warm, and soft in the middle without being raw. I tried the classic chocolate chip first just to get a baseline, and it might honestly be the best chocolate chip cookie I’ve had from any bakery. Perfect balance of crispy edges and a gooey center.

Then I tried the weekly specials, and that’s where they really hooked me. Every flavor actually tastes like what it’s supposed to taste like. The textures, the toppings, the fillings—nothing feels lazy or thrown together. You can tell they put real effort into each recipe, and the presentation is ridiculous. These things look like they belong on a commercial.

Price-wise, yeah, they’re a little more expensive than regular cookies, but these aren’t regular cookies. One is basically a dessert all by itself, and the quality backs it up. I don’t mind paying for something that actually tastes like premium ingredients were used.

Overall, Crumbl surprised me. I thought it was just hype, but I get it now. Great service, great atmosphere, and honestly some of the best cookies I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back—probably more often than I should.“

The Snowman Cream Donuts were adorable and delicious, the Coffee Croissant Donuts were perfectly glazed, and the croissant donuts were soft, flaky, and super tasty. The ambience and presentation of the store is incredible the staff is warm and kind and they treat you like a guest in their home the drinks are excellent and the pastries beckon to you. It’s 4 PM and somehow this place is completely empty. And the cinnamon roll? Unreal. It tasted like a real cinnamon roll, not one of those overly processed, fake tasting franchise ones. You know the difference immediately. This had that homemade, bakery-quality flavor, rich cinnamon, perfectly soft dough, warm all the way through, with that melt-in-your-mouth texture that’s both fluffy and gooey at the same time.

I'm not vegan but everything looked so amazing I had to get some for our house as well. The one that really intrigued me was the cranberry orange seasonal cupcake which was in fact vegan. I ordered 6 vegan as a gift and 6 mixed vegan and non vegan for my own household. One was even gluten free. I'm extremely picky when it comes to cupcakes. So many popular shops in the area imo are overly sweet/awful and I never understand how they stay in business. But THESE? Omg.... clearly made with top quality ingredients. And so much love goes into them! I'm absolutely going back to buy more. As a family we shared them all so we could all test different flavors and they were all exceptional. You could not tell the vegan and gluten free were not made with traditional cupcake ingredients. Honestly, the vegan cranberry orange was my favorite. It was a tough choice though, because all were wonderful. It makes me so happy to support this wonderful business. “New auntie Anne’s location inside the meijer on 14 and Coolidge hwy across from the plaza with Home Depot. Let me say I LOVE auntie Anne’s and keep it a stack, the appeal of going to the mall these days is to get a pretzel. I love cinnamon sugar, and my partner is all about sweet almond. Now I came here to this location specifically because it is somewhat close to the crib and I wanted to try the confetti nuggets. Personally the corporate auntie Anne’s should be ashamed because they do a disservice to what you actually think when you taste them ( just bread and sprinkles not that vanilla cake taste). Now the manager saw I was dissatisfied and was able to make me whole with the cinnamon sugar pretzels. When I tell you those were some of the best cinnamon sugar pretzels I ever had! I ate them in probably less than 3 minutes every bite savory and flavorful. Staff very friendly and accommodating providing top notch customer service. Got my lady the sweet almond joy and the best part is unlike the mall, some things are made specifically to order, it’s not just sitting in a heater or window for an unknown amount of time. Definitely support this business, I will be telling friends and family and may purchases grocers specifically from this meijers to get myself a treat for me and the kiddos.“

The tres leches topping? Creamy, rich, thick without being cloying — like the center of a good hug or the first time someone sees your worth without you asking.
