Actually order Arbys off of Door Dash with the expectation of everything being sub par because of delivery. Absolutely total opposite with the exception of two items. Ordered a double roast beef with cheddar cheese which showed up nice and hot!!! Sandwich was so good! Next the cheese were really good as well. Usually when u get cheese sticks delivered the cheese has already gotten hard but that wasn't the case here!! Same as the curly fries. They showed up still hot, crispy...

Something definitely changed here because the service and kindness of the employees have been way better than they used to be, and since thats the case I'm updating my review to reflect this

the food here is good but the service most of the time is rude. i understand working in fast food sucks but it’s not hard to pretend to be nice to people. Also once they got my order wrong and i went in to get my mozz sticks and they accused me of lying. okay whatever girl😭
