Between us all we ordered the birthday cake pancakes, fries, garlic mashed potatoes, The burger in the cheese sauce, hashbrowns, mozzarella sticks & mac and cheese. Everything came out fairly fast, the coffee was hot and the drinks were cold! On top of that the service was good. It wasnt really busy we got there around 10am. Enjoyed the ihop/Applebee's combined menu. Adults and kids were happy after camping for 4 days! Great place to stop on your way home from a trip...

Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress

Service was pretty quick and server was really nice. Ordered the country fried steak with eggs, hash browns and a couple of pancakes. More food than I could eat. Tasted very good and everything was cooked perfectly.
