I haven't had this place in a bout 19 yrs because I moved to Seattle, I'm back for a visit and with a family now and we all loved it. We'll probably order again before we leave Tuesday
Ate here once before a while ago the chicken was good but a little bit on the expensive side. This time we just popped in for a drink service was good long Island was a bit on the sweet n sour mix side! Atmosphere was great as it is like an old school 50's diner very cool old photos and neon to boot
It's been awhile since I have been compelled to write a review, but this place is definitely worth one. The 2 slabs of tender meat loaf with the smoothest mash potatoes ever, topped off with the mushroom gravy was well worth my time and money. I couldn't eat it all without making myself needing help just to leave. Delicious is inadequate here. Oh, and I almost forgot, the chicken noodle soup! (chef's kiss) And what a cool place.
