I love this little shop. The food and coffee is great. It really is. The only downside is some of the staff let personal feelings affect service and that’s a shame. But I will continue to come here because I enjoy the atmosphere otherwise and the coffee. The Raven is certainly a gem in Port Huron.
Been coming here for over 15 years but it has definitely gone downhill. One table was seated when we walked in and 2 staff were sitting at the bar. No one greeted us so we assumed we were to seat ourselves. The first 3 tables we tried to sit at were visibly dirty. Several staff walked past us in the next 10 minutes but no one acknowledged us. took a friend from out of town this weekend, we had a lot of fun and she kept saying how much she loved the raven and can’t wait to go back ! matter of fact she wrote me this morning saying she wants the raven coffee !!! we had great service and really enjoyed our time their :)
