Tim Hortons has a drive-through that is known for its speed and efficiency. The parking lot is not very large and can be tight for longer vehicles. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with staff always happy to see children. The coffee is described as the real deal, reminiscent of the Tim Hortons coffee from 20 years ago. The staff are friendly and work hard. On one occasion, when the card reader went down mid-transaction, the cashier declined cash payment and comped the hot chocolate as an apology for the inconvenience. This experience has made it the preferred coffee spot for one customer.
