went to Wendy's and the chicken smelled bad...fries needed the grease changes...so I called and he said I could come back they just changed the grease...my son had to go back and get a different chicken sandwich due to not being edible....never again...we're done with it...not to mention they were rude when they had to make a new one and by the time he returned back his fries were cold and didn't give him new ones...pathetic
the hamburger tasted like yesterday. fries were old.
strawberry salad didn't come with everything it said it would. the dressing it came with was open when I got it.
seems like they're short of help and are jeopardizing quality.
