Tonight I went to Applebees with my grandparents for a family date. Owen went above and beyond for us!!!! THAT MAN NEEDS A RAISE DO U HEAR ME!?!?! Every table he had he was attentive and moved swiftly and with ease!!!!!!

Freezing with ice cold sorry conditioning. Why make customers uncomfortable.
I had to get a towel in my car to get through the mail and hurry to get back outside. Ridiculously cold!
