Just stopped by at 17:55 on Tuesday and it is closed even though the hours are listed until 19:00. Not acceptable.

I go here all of the time in the mall, I always love the food here, I often order the cinnamon nuggets cuz I’m kinda a sucker for me being a sweet tooth, one time I got the pretzel nugget for me and my brother to share for a movie night with my dad and it was really fun :)

I had a tmoble app coupon to use with thier App- when I orderdd it charged me twice and did rhe order 2x and then canceled the order saying I couldnt use the coupon again! The GM came out and gave me an additude because of what the app did and was RUDE! I said I wanted my money back it took and would like to get my free pretzel I was trying to order- she slammed my tax amount on the counter and then tossed a pretzel at me and had me bring up the coupon which I had told her had been used on the site and wouldnt work again- which was why I came in to let them know- it had also canceled what I paid for- I dont think I will use their app again- that was vwry unpleasant considering evidence showed the issue there should have been NO additude to my request! And sadly that is where theur coupons are located!- coupon was only good for that day and she didnt even know it existed.

Not at all what it used to be. From the product to the service and everything in between. The pretzel I got is HARD. Sam’s club pretzel is somehow better. 🤦‍♀️

The food and service was good and fast. The person that was taking my order his hygiene wasn't the best. I'm glad I didn't have hair in my food.

Delicious pretzels, online ordering available, and great rewards program.

Excellent pretzels, friendly staff, way too overpriced. I can get a salted pretzel for $0.89 at Sam's club or I could come here and pay $3.29 for the same thing.

Delicious food

Bought mini pretzel dogs, sweet almond pretzel, 2 cheddar cheese cups and a sweet glaze cup. Everything was delicious, pretzel dogs were a little salty. Staff was friendly and helpful; kudos to them as they were quite busy.

Always stop in when shopping at the mall, My sister ordered a cup of pretzels 2 pgks of the cheese, and 2 drinks she gave my sister 1 of everything, then my sister said I ordered 2? she argued with my sister, and than said she only ordered 1,pushed the food towards my sister . fed up, my sister told her not to arque with customer.. we will stop a long time tradition of going...

Please get some competent people in this store. Train your employees

Customer service was HORRIBLE! I waited in line to use my coupin for 20 mins and the lady was rude when I got up there and I was trying to explain I had a coupon and since it wasn't peoplerly ready I can leave and it was awful. I get your busy and you had a long day but it was completely out of line.... I wanted my pretzel :(
