Our first time at Black Rock and it was great! The food was very good and had an awesome server Mikah. Very upbeat and helpful. We'll be back!

Just went to Black Rock on Sunday with my family including my husband and son. I left feeling exhausted with dealing with so many mistakes with the staff, we asked for a water refill and my husbands cup was the only one refilled while my drink was also empty and also was the whole tables. I also ordered more than water and when the waiter came back out with drinks he didn’t bring mine and continued on until he realized after his second visit that he failed to remember my drink. I can usually let this slide but the big problem is that we wanted our check and we couldn’t seem to get the waiter to come back and check us out. Finally I just give him my card to charge, this was my mistake was not seeing the bill before giving him my card. He brings back the receipt and it was DOUBLE the price of everything we ordered. We got two adult meals a kids meal an appetizer and one redbull drink and were charged $120 when the total should’ve been around $65. The $120 charge was my parents check that they already paid on, so they double charged the same check. The waiter apologized and said he voided the payment and we instead charged my husbands card. I am STILL waiting to get that money back two days later after they charged my card.

Not sure how a steak house can bring out a cold baked potato but here we are. The server couldn't have cared less when I told him, when you're dropping over 100$ to cook your own steaks for two might as well save the hassle and just cook at home considering how dismissive the server was. Terrible experience.

Waitress friendly and attentive. Turned the heat on in the room we were in. Explained why it took awhile to get our checks. Nice selection on menu. Prices reasonable. Would have liked to have a roll with my salad and a placemat under my salad bowl so I didn't have to put silverware on table.18 per cent gratuity seemed high since it was calculated including tax.

Ok first I love black rock. But tonight it was less than par! The tuna is my favorite tonight it was very very questionable. I have ate tuna all over the country and this tuna smelled like it came from Lake Michigan. Sushi grade tuna should never smell like that!! Green beans were shriveled up dried almost dehydrated. The most fatty ribeye. For over $120 dollars makes me question if I’ll come back. Wanted to take my wife to a nice meal. A top tear restaurant but it was no better if not worse than steak and shake. Your quality has dropped. The best part was the shot if don Julio. That y’all did not make!! Very disappointed!!
