Everything was fabulous... They were ready to seat us right away... Becki (our server) was outstanding... She was right there for any of our requests and checked back often... The food was fantastic... All 8 of us had different choices and everyone was spot on... This is our 3rd Christmas Eve at Black Rock (along with other visits) and I would 100% recommend it...

Hosts were slow to acknowledge us upon our arrival. No other guests were in the waiting area. We noted on our priority seating request that this was an anniversary dinner. We were seated in the annex with lots of noise, screaming children and was drafty. Servers were extremely busy and did not have time to be attentive (I.e. refill drinks). Food was decent. Would not go back for a special dinner.

Everything about our experience was 5 star except their completely lame priority seating concept. Who ever came up with that should be shot. If I make a reservation with a restaurant for a specific time then I expect them to honor that time and not tell me it's a 45 minute wait because I really didn't make a reservation (which I did), they said they really don't except reservations just priority seating. That's BS, then why are they on Open Table?
