Not one single item ordered was fresh. Everything was stale and tasted like it had been left sitting for a while. Was told to pull up to a parking spot and my food would be brought out. Automatically on gaurd when I'm told that because we don't come through the drive through to then park, and realize you forgot something now we have to come in to get it straightened out. Let the man know he needed to wait while I checked my order because I was unable to come in, he sighed. Sure enough, they forgot all the sauce, which mean my 4 hungry children had to tough out dry stale food which maybe would've been slightly tolerable with sauce. Lol NEVER eat here. 2.9 stars for a reason.

The chicken was burnt and it looked like they didn't clean their fryers or need new grease, while we sat and try to eat we kept noticing people that wanted food had to wait or go somewhere else , needs to improvement before I ever go back..

On 4-4-24 around 7:20 pm we waited over 5 minutes at the drive thru order screen, with no communication. Drive to the window to ask if the speaker was working and if we could place an order. Was told by a rude employee they're busy, go back around to order. By now there were 4 other vehicles behind us, terrible customer service to go with the terrible food. On the upside it saved us from eating KFC.

Pulled up they were out of all their sides and told me I could get Mac and mashed potatoes with gravy. They gave me mash with gravy and mash with nothing ?‍♂️ literally paid $13 for something that isn’t even what I wanted. Should’ve went to lees famous recipe…..friendly service but y’all should cook more food if you’re still open for two hours longer and are out of the main sides.

Horrible customer service. If you order a mobile order be prepared to never get a refund after sitting in the lobby for 20 mins and was never told how long it would be.

Waited much too long to even get our order taken while they just messed around in the back. When they finally got to us, they took our order, grabbed someone from the back who rudely informed us it would be a 30 minute wait on two crucial components of our meal, more than two hours before close. Avoid.

Tried the Gorgia Gold nuggets. Don't know if it's the local KFC in Plymouth or if they've changed the recipe. Didn't taste the same as last time them had this flavor. Won't be getting again.

Just don’t come to this place. Gets orders wrong, Didn’t start prepping a pick up order until we are there. Even had to wait for another 30 minutes. AND they still get the order wrong. Claims to be busy but no one’s there…….

Service was reasonably quick, nothing bad to say about that, but nothing great either. The condition of the dining room at the START of lunchtime was disgusting. There was only 1 other person leaving the diningroom when i arrived, and when i received my food and looked for somewhere to sit most of the tables had food debris under them, or looked to have spills on top of them, and the bar style table top had CHICKEN BONES on it. There appeared to be maybe 3 people working with one person taking orders at the counter and had a headset on like she may have been running the drive thru also. This person had time to wander around between orders texting on their phone, but never once checked the condition of their dinning room in the 15 or so minutes i was presenting. Probably will not be back anytime soon.

We’ve tried going through the drive through 3 times and every time they’ve been completely out of basic things. This most recent time they were out of fries, tenders, nuggets, and original chicken. Seems pretty basic to have adequate supply of your primary menu items…

Went to the Westnedge, Kalamazoo KFC location on my way through as I was traveling, forgetting my first horrible experience but was quickly reminded when the staff first acted as if they didn't want to make my son his chicken nugget meal. She tells me to hold on and ask if it was OK that they make what I'm asking. Then when I get to the pay window she tells me I'll have to wait if I want fries. I ask how long. She said 10 min. I said ok as my son wanted them. 10 min turned into 20 and I eventually take my seat belt off and go into the restaurant. First thing I notice is how disgusting and dirty it is, second no one is even at the counter. A guy slowly waddled to the counter and nonchalantly without no ounce of customer service at all ask what I need. I said my 10 minute order had turned into an over 20 minute wait. He said well its not done yet. I said you're telling me 10 minute fries that I can make at home for less than that are not done. He said well we didn't know how long they would take. I told him well you have people leaving the drive thru as you are not even serving them. He says "we're really busy" I told him "you had a lady ask for her money back and drive off without food or return" He just replied "We're really busy" I told him no you're not... all your people are standing here talking to each other while customers drive off unhelped and sit on the side waiting for food they are not getting" He again replied "We are really busy" I told him I wanted to talk to his manager to which he replied he was the manager. I said "Well there's the problem with this store" To which he yelled at me to get out of his store and I said I would not until I got my food. We eventually drove off with the food..... minus his drink...SMH.... If I could give zero stars I would.
