Literally the worst experience I have had with restaurant in the entirety of my life. I went through the drive through, ordered two Big Box meals, and was told to wait near the drive through window. I waited 10 minutes for my food only for it to be the wrong order. I went inside, waited 20 more minutes, and had to remind the staff that they were supposed to be cooking my food. Worst experience. Took over 15 minutes to get a simple bucket of popcorn chicken. It took the kid working the counter WAY to long to even take the order also. He could not stand still long enough to even take an order. He was rocking back and forth from one foot to the other, and he was rolling a cup around between his hands (ungloved) and when he didn't need it for the ordered, he put it back in the rack to use. I gave only 3 stars for service because I had a pick up order for 4:15. When I got there I was not told they didn't have enough biscuits, (only 1) for my order. Almost 10 minutes go by and I asked where the order was, that's when I told about the biscuits. We had a half hour drive for a gathering, and they said the biscuits wouldn't be done for another 10 minutes. I said I don't have the time to wait, so they asked if I would like another side items and I said yes
