Rude manager. Never have white meat chicken, always have to wait 30 minutes or more to get it. You'd think a chicken place would have chicken always available. It would be like going to McDonald's and them telling you, they don't have hamburgers. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. And we're not talking about one time only, we're talking every single time I've been there!!! They try to talk you into dark meat. No thanks.
Paid nearly $50 for a family meal. The chicken quality was unacceptable, I complained the same night, retained the remaining food, and requested a refund rather than additional chicken. Management refused the monetary refund and an area manager raised his voice while telling me my options were replacement chicken or nothing. I have opened complaints with KFC and the appropriate state agency.
Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service. I arrived at the store at 10:06 PM, but the staff refused to take my order inside and told me to use the drive-thru instead.
When I drove up, the exact same employee spoke to me through the speaker, took my order, and informed me that the wait time would be one hour. I waited in the store parking lot for an hour and a half, but they never brought my order out.
