Okay, so this is a hard one because tbecause the food is wonderful. Best wendy's, I've ever had quality everything. The people were wonderful. I cannot say and I get a thing about any of them. But by the speed of service. Absolutely is horrible it took almost fourteen minutes to get a grilled chicken wrap And they were so kind that I felt bad for being angry that they were taking so long. Very long wait time as they had a cross country team in here and Wendy’s was obviously short staffed. The workers were trying their best to accommodate all the orders. I could tell that they were overwhelmed. The napkins, ketchup and some pop out in the dining room were out and needed to be replenished. The manager or whomever runs this store needs to schedule more people so the workers aren’t so overwhelmed and treated poorly by impatient customers.
