I ordered my smoothie online and was assuming I could call when I got there for them to bring it out to me. This was something I’ve done many times in the past since I usually always have my daughter, who’s one year old, and it’s hard to get her out of her car seat to bring her inside.

This was my very first experience with this brand. I probably won't try it again. SMoothies are not that great in the first place, but customer service was awful. You need BETTER SIGNAGE and ARROWS so you aren't RUDE to a person with HEARING issues if you want us compliant with person limits, ordering, and check out process while you are masked and a customer can't read your lips or facial expressions.
