Rude manager. Never have white meat chicken, always have to wait 30 minutes or more to get it. You'd think a chicken place would have chicken always available. It would be like going to McDonald's and them telling you, they don't have hamburgers. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. And we're not talking about one time only, we're talking every single time I've been there!!! They try to talk you into dark meat. No thanks.

I gave only 3 stars for service because I had a pick up order for 4:15. When I got there I was not told they didn't have enough biscuits, (only 1) for my order. Almost 10 minutes go by and I asked where the order was, that's when I told about the biscuits. We had a half hour drive for a gathering, and they said the biscuits wouldn't be done for another 10 minutes. I said I don't have the time to wait, so they asked if I would like another side items and...

Ordered online which in my opinion is the only way to do it. Online deals is where it’s at. $20 for 8 piece tenders and 4 individual sides. Picked up and it was on time, hot, and fresh. Workers were very busy with online orders and doing their best. It was 8:00 pm and the workers were still friendly and communicated that they were making fresh chicken. Still within the time frame given online.
