The food was old and lukewarm. I asked for dine in but it was packed to go. The nuggets were hard as a rock and they didn't give me the sauces I ordered. Just asked for 2 barbecue for a 20 piece. The dining room was pretty dirty but only one very nice young man was working on it (he was kind). They had a couple of off duty employees goofing off in the lobby and no one seemed to care. Nobody was wearing hairnets and there were a lot of people with very long loose hair. The person in drive thru kept scratching their head and then bagging people's food. It definitely gave an unsanitary vibe. We decided to eat elsewhere and just threw our order out. The second star is for the nice person who was cleaning the lobby.

This McDonald’s has just gotten worse and worse over the last 6-8 months. Today marks the 3rd time (at least) that we have put in a mobile order here, they take the money, then say that our order cannot be processed. Every time they make us cancel and re order through the app but it still takes our rewards we try to use. The mobile ordering is just the start of the issues at this particular location. Lines are long, service is slow, food is almost always cold and unseasoned. I can’t recall ever writing another negative review for anywhere but this is one of the most consistently flawed establishments I’ve been to. At this point everyone I know has slowly stopped coming here and advises against going to this location whenever possible, I think I’m going to have to follow their lead at this point. Hopefully things turn around soon.

Absolutely not 24 hours came after I get out of work at 2:30 AM and they denied me service that I couldn’t even wait until after breakfast switch over!!!!! Wouldn’t even answer at the kiosk had to go up to the window and tap on it for anybody to give me any attention!

I placed a mobile order and came to pick it up and they refused to give me my food claiming they are taking mobile orders and DoorDash only yet there are no cars in the drive through so why can't they make my food they are being lazy and this needs to be reprimanded immediately they claims they had 1 person yet I seen multiple people in the building and hear men and women over the intercom and they went as far as to antagonize me about not getting my food

At approximately 11pm eastern time went to the drive-through. lady got on the intercom. told her I’m there to pick up an order. She said to come to the first window so I did. I waited almost seems like five minutes. She was staring at me walking around inside her little booth. She had a black pink hoodie on she is very rude when she opened the window and finally said to go to the second window. I will never go to McDonald’s again or suggest to anybody especially this location. There’s no reason she had to do what she did I was following her directives to go to the first window.
Worst customer service ever...after 15 min drive thru wait I was given wrong order. Manager refused to refund money and shoved bag back in my car window. Told me I could get back in line and reorder and repay if I wanted to.
