Second time I have had an awful meal here. the previous time was with a group of people from out of town. we came in late and had to send most of our meals back due to rancid sauces and condiments. One in the party became ill afterward. we vowed not to return. It has been a couple of years so I thought I would try it again. MISTAKE. My boyfriend and I attempted to have dinner at this establishment yesterday evening at around 7 or 7:30. We were seated at a table, brought some water, then proceeded to be ignored for the following 25 minutes. Nobody came to greet us or attempt to take our orders. I was double charged and now won’t be given a refund. Even after talking to HR. I now have the presidents number but they won’t answer. We were in on 3/28 a week ago for dinner with my family. We were charged twice and I noticed it soon after we left. I called that night and was told to wait till Monday due to the weekend.
