Delivery is terrible. They keep moving time for delivery and pizza is cold when you get it. Happens routinely. If you want Papa Johns in Portage go get it yourself! Our delivery time tonight started at 7:25 and now moved to 8:03… still no pizza in sight!
I attempted to order pizza for delivery from Papa John's on Centre Street and Oakland. They called back to cancel the order because they "RAN OUT OF DOUGH" 🤔🤔
I thought that was strange, so I called back to place an order for carry out to see if maybe the problem was really that they didn't have drivers. The guy says that they are "only taking orders for DELIVERY" WTH?!?!
Not the 1st time they've pulled some kind of fuckery but It will be the last. So stupid..
The customer service at this store is terrible. The order wasn't complete as they were out of something that we ordered so the driver was supposed to go back to get a substitute. We waited a while but when she hadn't been back I called. I was assured that she would be on her way. We continued to wait but at the hour mark, I called again and spoke to someone different who proceeded to get an attitude with me because I was calling for the second time about the issue.
